We do not ship e-bikes. Bikes must be picked up at our store or bikes can be delivered directly to you. Delivery fees may apply. Most bikes will be ready within one to two business days from the date of purchase. Sometimes bikes have to be transferred from off-site locations or assembled. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup or to schedule a delivery. If you need an item immediately we ask that you call us to confirm that the item is available for pick-up before coming to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 7 business days from the date of purchase or a 10% restocking fee may apply.

We are happy to deliver your e-bike to you. Fees may or may not apply. Please call or email us to determine if a fee applies to your delivery address.

Accessories, apparel and other small goods may be shipped to you directly. Shipping costs vary; express and ground shipping options are available. Orders usually ship within two business days of date of purchase.
