All accessories are shipped with tracking provided via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders are shipped within the same business day when possible, but can sometimes take 1-2 business days. Customers receive email notifications when orders are shipped, and can track their packages from their Order Confirmation page and/or via the shipping carrier's tracking system.
E-bikes are shipped within the continental United States. Bikes can be picked up at our store or bikes can be delivered directly to you. Delivery fees may apply for local deliveries. Most bikes will be ready within one to two business days from the date of purchase. Sometimes bikes have to be transferred from off-site locations or assembled. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup or to schedule a delivery. If you need an item immediately we ask that you call us to confirm that the item is available for pick-up before coming to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 7 business days from the date of purchase or a 10% restocking fee may apply.
We are happy to deliver your e-bike to you. Fees may or may not apply. Please call or email us to determine if a fee applies to your delivery address.
For all orders that are picked up at our store, or e-bikes that are locally delivered, please ensure you have the following:
- A copy of your order
- A copy of your delivery confirmation (if applicable)
- Credit card used in the transaction
- Photo ID
